blog archives I like
lots of really good stuff especially if you want to start looking into what the web was like ~10 years ago.
I've set the dates back to times with more interesting content but feel free to use the date button to skip to any point.
For pretty much every old blog archive, the dropoff point is after 2013, leading into 2014 and on most blogs are no longer interesting by 2015 .
Remember that this is pre-gamergate internet, for better and for worse. Internet politics had not galvinized yet, that's part of what's so interesting. Un-think everything you know from the past ten years, it's your first time on the internet again.
You'll need to make an account to actually search the archives, but if you're the type of person who uses neocities at all then you'll definitely enjoy the experience of searching archives. It's worth making a throwaway account, though I wouldn't recommend using tumblr normally.
The good content is spread out, take your time looking for it. And search around to find other old blogs if you can!

, this is a chance to enjoy the internet again, Unlike web 2.0 you are not spoonfed by algorithms.
